Our newly renovated oceanside home located in Whalehead Beach, is less than a 5 minute walk to two beach accesses. Take in ocean views from the Crow's Nest where sunrises and those amazing Outer Banks sunsets will make you never want to leave! Looking for a home to reconnect with the whole family and disconnect from the rest of the world; to make new memories in a place that feels like home? It’s Always Sunny In Corolla is just the place for you! 
 
Filled with coastal charm, the bright and open great room will definitely be the center of activity. The updated kitchen with island seating is well stocked with everything you need to make a family feast or a quick breakfast, plus it has TWO dishwashers to make cleanups super easy. There is a large dining room table, perfect for meals together or family game night, and a comfy family room where everyone can gather to watch TV or talk about their fun day at the beach. There is an additional sitting/lounge area on the upper level that has a desk in case you need to work, as well as the master bedroom with en-suite bath (King). 
 
Lounge in the sun or shade on one of our many decks, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book, or sip your favorite adult beverage. Everyone’s favorite deck is the Crow’s Nest which offers not only ocean views (partial), but views of Corolla for miles! 
 
The mid-level is for rest and relaxation, a place to retreat for privacy. Four of the six bedrooms 
(K/K/Q/Pyramid) are located here, as well as one of TWO hot tubs. Three bedrooms have direct deck access. 
 
The ground level is all about fun! You’ll find a large game room, where you can shoot pool or play foosball. There’s also plenty of space to just hang out and watch TV or mix up a drink at the wet bar with full size refrigerator. Just outside the game room is our 1/2 acre yard, waiting for you to explore. Spend time cooling off in the private pool (16X32, HEATED, for additional fee; see below), soaking up the sun on the large pool deck, or relaxing in the second hot tub (under the stars highly recommended). There’s a swing set for little ones, horseshoe pits, a volleyball net (sand court coming 2023) and 2 grills (gas and charcoal). Definitely something for everyone! 
 
Let us help you arrive stress free…no need to pack unnecessary stuff. Towels and linens are provided, beach gear is available for your use, and we have an array of games, puzzles and books. Need a recommendation for places to eat, activities, or to arrange something special…be more than happy to help! Plus, you can check our Guidebook which is full of great info.
