6 parking spaces are available in our driveway.  No street parking is allowed in the community.
No RVs, campers, or boats.  Small trailers will be allowed with advanced notice, but it will eliminate a parking spot

Our home is thoroughly checked by cleaning and maintenance after guest check-out.  Any damages or need for excessive cleaning will be documented by photo and/or video and presented to guest.  If no issues are found, security deposit will be refunded within 7 days via same payment method.

Code for keyless entry will be given the morning of check-in, as long as the following have been received: signed rental agreement, full payment, security deposit, and drivers license.

There are 2 baby gates, a high chair, and pack n play for your use.  Please inspect each item before use, and use at your own risk.  No linens are provided for the pack n play.

Always available via Houfy messaging or text for any issues that arrive. 

Recently renovated, bright and open, with island seating for 4.  New stainless appliances including 2 dishwashers and refrigerator with ice maker. Second full size refrigerator in lower level game room. 

Our home can only accommodate 15 guests (12 adults) due to septic system; immediate eviction for more than 15 guests

Decks for lounging are available on all levels of the home, including a Crow’s Nest with partial ocean views.  The private heated pool has a large deck surrounding it with loungers and a table for dinners al fresco. One hot tub can be found poolside, for soaking under the stars, the other is on the second floor deck. Our 1/2 acre green space also has a volleyball net, horseshoes, and a swing set. 

Smoking is grounds for immediate eviction, and extra cleaning fees.

* PLEASE NOTE, our home is a typical beach home reverse floor plan, with kitchen and living area on the 3rd level, most bedrooms on the 2nd level and Game Room/entrance/ pool 1st floor (ground floor).There are 3 flights of stairs

My husband and I have been married for almost 30 years, we have 2 amazing adult children. We fell in love with the Outer Banks the first time we vacationed on the tiny sand bar. Many years later, our dreams came true when we bought our first home in Corolla (2020). We love sharing it with other families and helping them plan their vacation to Corolla. We aim to offer each guest a memorable vacation, as well as a personal experience, with direct access to us.
