Our home is thoroughly checked by cleaning and maintenance after guest check-out. Any damages or need for excessive cleaning will be documented by photo and/or video and presented to guest. If no issues are found, security deposit will be refunded within 7 days via same payment method.

Guest will receive a full refund, less $100 handling fee, if cancellation is done so before 60 days of first day of rental; 50% refund, minus $100 handling fee, if done so before 30 days of first day of rental; and forfeit all sums paid if less than 30 days unless we are able to rebook the home, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental, less $100 handling fee.
